All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled on the next working day.

Orders over $49: FREE standard shipping
Free shipping eligibility is determined by order subtotal (excluding tax), after all discounts have been applied.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days
Actual delivery time depends on the carrier and logistics status.
Remote areas may experience an additional 1–2 business days delay

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
Each order may only be shipped to one address. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders.
We ship to the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam. Extra charges may apply for certain locations.

Refused ShipmentsIf you refuse delivery and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Delivery & Inspection
Please monitor your delivery schedule.If you cannot be present during the estimated delivery window, we recommend contacting the courier in advance to reschedule.
To protect your rights, we strongly recommend recording a complete video of opening the entire package.
If you discover damaged packaging, missing items, or defective products, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Import duties, taxes, or fees are not included in shipping cost (not applicable for most small-packet orders to the US).
